same symbol database in two MTIB order copier

If i have two separate MTIB order copier on two machines with two separate licenses. If i want the same symbol settings in these two order copier,
then shall i have to manually enter the symbols in both the order copier or shall i enter the symbols manually in one order copier and copy the database into another order copier. If i can do the second option, then how to do that?

# on source machine
In the copier menu, go on Debug / Open Configuration Folder
Then go to subfolder api.
Copy file contract.db

# on target machine
In the copier menu go on Debug / Open Configuration Folder
Then go to subfolder api.
Close the copier
rename or delete current contract.db
Copy contract.db from machine #1 into this folder
