Market-on-Close (MOC) and Market-on-Open (MOO)

First of all, I would like to thank you for your great TWSLink2 DLL, which allows users to create truly automatic trading programs with IB with automatic restart and real-time trading risk control with OSO and OCO order groups.

Could you please help me with a question? Have you or anyone used your TWSLink2 DLL to place Market-On-Close and Market-On-Open orders for stocks with IB?

Is it true that IB simulation account does not simulate MOC and MOO and we need to test it with live account?

its long time ago i made such order.

I am sorry, i don't know, if MOO or MOC is only possible with live account.
You need to ask IB support for this.

What is the problem when placing an MOO order ?
